5th Annual Admiral Halsey Awards Dinner

The Battleship New Jersey Museum & Memorial will hold its 5th Annual Admiral Halsey Awards Dinner on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at the Adventure Aquarium. We will be honoring three exemplary individuals while enjoying a delicious dinner, open bar, live entertainment, and live and silent auction! Special thank you to 6abc’s Karen Rogers for serving as our Master of Ceremonies for the evening!

The award for business leadership honors an individual who leads with integrity, a strong sense of community and whose direction has made their organization a leader in the Delaware River region. This year’s award honors Greg Carlisle, SVP, TD Bank Commercial Market, Southern New Jersey and Coastal Market President, TD Bank
The military service award honors a service member whose commitment to the ideals of the U.S. military is reflected both in their career and their service to others. The award for military service will be presented to CAPT Kent “Brewski” Smith, Commanding Officer, Naval Weapons Station Earle
The third award will recognize the innovation, creative achievements and contributions of public sector leaders who strive to improve all aspects of the Delaware River region. This year’s awardee for community service is Dana Redd, Executive Director, Camden Community Partnership
We will be presenting a special award for military leadership this year to honor CDR Steven A. Halle, USN (Ret.), Plankowner Commanding Officer, USS New Jersey (SSN 796)

All proceeds from this event will go to the Battleship New Jersey Museum & Memorial to continue museum operations, preservations efforts, and educational programs.
