Living History Day: The Vietnam War
Saturday, April 10 2027
On April 10, Battleship New Jersey returns to the Vietnam War era. Recommissioned on April 6, 1968, she was called back to service to provide gunfire support off the coast of Vietnam. For one day, reenactors, themed programming, and activities for all ages bring that chapter of the ship’s history back on board.
Expect to see reenactors throughout the ship, along with themed lectures, trivia contests, kids activities, and more. Check back for a full schedule as the day gets closer.
Tickets
Living History Day activities are included with regular self-guided admission; you do not need to purchase both tickets. This ticket is valid only on the selected Living History Day and does not carry the regular 365-day admission validity. The regular noon guided tour and other usual Saturday offerings remain available separately.
