On August 14, 1945, Americans heard the news they had waited nearly four years for: Japan had surrendered, and WWII was coming to an end. Eighty-two years later, Battleship New Jersey marks the anniversary of the war she helped win.
Join us for WWII Victory Day as reenactors, themed programming, and activities for all ages bring that moment back on board. Expect to see reenactors throughout the ship, along with themed lectures, trivia contests, kids activities, and more. Check back for a full schedule as the day gets closer.

Living History Day activities are included with regular self-guided admission; you do not need to purchase both tickets. This ticket is valid only on the selected Living History Day and does not carry the regular 365-day admission validity. The regular noon guided tour and other usual Saturday offerings remain available separately.
