This week, we had the honor of commemorating the 250th Birthday of the USMC and Veterans Day in a special ceremony!
We welcomed keynote speakers, Colonel H.C. “Barney” Barnum USMC (Ret.) and Brigadier General Dustin J. Byrum, as well as BB62 MARDET who served aboard this ship in the 80’s who got to cut the ribbon on their MARDET berthing space. This space has never been open to the public, and the museum is thrilled to officially open it in the new year!
